Review Process:

ICNQC 2026 provides peer review for all submitted material. Some papers may be rejected early if found lacking originality or research content. Remaining manuscripts are evaluated by two reviewers and an anonymous committee member within 2–3 weeks.

Presentation Instructions:

• Presentations should clearly state problem, approach, results, and evaluation.
• Prepare slides to fit within the time limit.
• Presentation duration: 15 minutes + 5-minute Q&A.
